On Sunday the 24th of August, Iain Abernethy will be teaching an open seminar in Worcester!

The seminar will run from 11am to 3pm and cost £35. The venue is Kempsey school, Ellsdon, Worcester, WR5 3NT.

The theme for the day will be “The Practical Application of Bunkai”. Iain will share the vitally important and fun training drills that will help the karateka bring the kata to life and ensure real world functionality. Knowing what the kata is showing is just the first step of the process. We also need to know how to effectively train kata applications in ways that develop genuine skill and that are productive, fun and safe.

This will be a fun, educational and inspirational day!

Testimonials
I have just recently joined the WCA as an Associate Instructor and, so far, the experience has been very pleasing. The response to my enquiries was prompt and professional, and the admission process very smooth. I am pleased to be associated with the WCA and I look forward to many years of knowledge exchange and learning. As my school grows, I will enrol the school into the WCA - my students are quite excited by the prospect. Thank you for your positive and constructive contribution to the field of martial arts.
